Parents, Please Note:

• We are NOT supplying snacks for all our kids camps this year (to keep costs low and because of different food allergies).

• Please pack your child a water bottle, and any snacks they might want to enjoy during snack time.

• There are some “food themed” camps that WILL include snacks . . . these events will clearly  say “Snack Provided.”  And yes, we will be featuring the same snack as we’re painting (i.e., cupcake, cake, watermelon, etc.) We will include both snacks and drinks on these days, however, please feel free to still pack your own water bottle and any snacks for your child, especially if food allergies are involved.

• We’re sorry, we can not accept discount codes for payment on Kids Camps. Gift Certificates WILL BE honored, but you MUST select the appropriate registration option, and you MUST include your gift certificate information into the COMMENTS section.

• We are offering QUANTITY discounts this year! To receive your discount, all registrations MUST be received together (all from 1 shopping cart). So gather your kids & their friends, review our calendar for the parties they like best, then register everyone together to receive the largest discount!

• If you plan on using any of these discounts, you MUST select the appropriate payment option drop down.

• You may receive this discount for both siblings & friends ONLY IF everyone is together on one registration.
(i.e., your child and 6 friends want to attend one morning session. You register your child, and add 5 additional seats. Drop down to the “6 seats at Kids Camp – $24” pricing option to take advantage of the volume discount.)

• If you register your child for 5 different camp sessions, drop down to the “5 seats at Kids Camp – $25” on each separate registration.

• If your child attends a camp early in the season, and loves it so much he/she wants to come back . . . feel free to jump to the next pricing tier to save some money. (i.e., you paid full price for your first camp session, on your next registration you can count your first session towards the volume discount).

• If you have any special needs/requests, please note them in the COMMENTS section.

• It is critical we know of any allergies your child has, or any medications your child needs. It is helpful to know ahead of time if there are special needs in any of our camps, we like to have extra staff on hand to assist.

• If your child is 6 or over, we ask that parents/guardians do not stay for the camp.

• If your child is 5 or under, a parent/guardian MUST stay for the camp.

• It is CRITICAL that you leave an emergency phone contact, in case we need to contact you during the event.

• Please be prompt. We will have activities to entertain the kids while we check everyone in, but we expect to begin camp 15 mins. after our start time. We will be finishing up & cleaning up during the final 15 mins.

• If someone other than yourself will be picking the children up, you must let us know when they are dropped off, and your child must know of the arrangement.

• Payment is due when you make this online reservation.

• We do not accept credit card information via email or phone. We prefer to leave credit card security to the experts. Please do not send any credit card information via email.

• We do accept cash, check or credit card at the door, however, unless seats are prepaid, classes may be canceled due to low participation.

• If you pay online, you will be directed to PayPal’s secure site.

YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY ONLINE, just click the “Pay with a debit or credit card of Bill Me Later” link.

• If you see your name (your child’s name) on the Attendee List, your registration went through fine.
