In-Studio FUNdraiser

  • A Paint It Forward FUNdraiser Public Paint Party is our way of giving back to the community. The Uncorked Artist strongly believes in supporting our local community. We think that creating beautiful works of art while raising money for a great cause is an amazing combination!
  • Our FUNdraisers typically cost $40 (Instructed Paint Party) and $42 (DIY Project Party) to attend (but you can price your FUNdraiser higher and keep the extra money). Stenciled Wood Signs are our most popular project parties, each guest selects their own design from our stencil gallery.
  • Our FUNdraisers are typically open for All-Ages to attend. The more seats filled, the greater the donation.
  • Our FUNdraisers typically run about 2-1/2 – 3 hours long.
  • Visit our Canvas Gallery and select any painting Tier 3, Tier 2 or Tier 1 as your featured painting for an instructed paint FUNdraiser.
    Visit our Happy Hour Project menu or our Stenciled Wood Sign Gallery to select a project for a project FUNdraiser.  
  • We will require you to submit credit card information to be held as a security deposit. It will not be charged unless you fail to meet your minimum or cancel your party outside the terms of our cancellation policy.
  • Unfortunately, if less than 10 PAID guests are registered by 24 hours prior to the event start time, we may have to cancel. In this case, we will send out a cancellation email to all those registered, and will refund anyone who prepaid online. Your event will be removed from our calendar.
  • As long as 10+ guests attend, you will receive $10 from each registration.
  • If 25+ painters attend, you will receive $12.50 from each registration.
  • If 40+ painters attend, you will receive $15 from each registration.
  • We hope that YOU (the sponsoring organization) will supply wine, soft drinks and light snacks for all painters. We ask this to help attract attendance. We find more people will attend if snacks and drinks are provided.
  • Because this is YOUR FUNdraiser, we expect that YOU will publicize the event, encouraging friends & family to attend.
  • We will also do our best to advertise your FUNdraiser.
  • We can also donate 5 of our instructor paintings to be raffled off during your event. 100% of this money goes directly to your organization. Be sure to remind us when you arrive for your event

 

IMPORTANT—FUNdraiser dates are awarded on a first-come first-served basis, totally at our discretion.  Please Note: By requesting a FUNdraiser, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.

We will respond to your request as quickly as possible. We ALWAYS assign requests in the order they were received. Thank you.

Mobile (Off-site) FUNdraiser

  • Our Mobile FUNdraisers typically cost $45 (Instructed Paint Party) and $47 (DIY Project Party) to attend (but you can price your FUNdraiser higher and keep the extra money). Stenciled Wood Signs are our most popular project parties, each guest selects their own design from our stencil gallery.
  • Our FUNdraisers are typically open for All-Ages to attend. The more seats filled, the greater the donation.
  • Our FUNdraisers typically run about 2-1/2 – 3 hours long.

  • Please plan your FUNdraiser months ahead of time. The longer a FUNdraiser is on our calendar, the more likely it will be a success.

 

What we need from you . . .

  • You must secure a venue with ample space to host your FUNdraiser.
  • You must provide the tables and chairs.
  • Both you as the host, and the owner/manager of the venue, must agree to sign our liability waiver.
  • We need a date. Mobile Paint It Forward FUNdraisers can be held any day of the week, any time of day!
  • FUNdraisers typically attract more guests if YOU (the sponsoring organization) supply wine, soft drinks and light snacks for all painters. We find more people will attend if snacks and drinks are provided.
  • Because this is YOUR FUNdraiser, we expect that YOU will publicize the event, encouraging friends & family to attend. We will also do our best to advertise your FUNdraiser.
  • If you would like for us to bring paper goods and plastic ware, please let us know ahead of time.

 

What to expect from us . . .

  • We will supply all, easels, brushes, all other necessary painting or project supplies. We can also provide table cloths, paper goods, plasticware, drop cloths and music if requested.
  • We will set up, and we will clean up.
  • One of our talented local artists will supply step by step instruction, or guests will work independently on DIY projects with their pictorials.
