Terms, Conditions & Other Important Info:

  • The Uncorked Artist provides entertaining, social painting events. We do not provide any serious fine art instruction.
  • Remember to wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on . . . even though we do supply aprons, spills and splatters can happen!
  • We begin sessions promptly—plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before your session begins for check-in.
  • Events usually run about 2-1/2 hours but occasionally run over, depending on the complexity of the painting.
  • YOU supply your favorite beverage and snacks, WE supply everything else you need for the event: cups, napkins, plates, plasticware, bottle openers, corkscrews, smocks, easel, paint, palette, brushes, and canvas.
  • Our studio is BYOB—we encourage you to bring your favorite beverage (beer, wine, soda, water, juice, etc.) and snacks. Evening sessions are intended for adults—please plan accordingly. The Uncorked Artist does not sell or serve any alcohol. Under all circumstances, you must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol. We may require a photo ID.
  • If you do not finish your painting in time, or want to make some minor touch-ups, you may bring it and visit free of charge during any of our Open Studio Sessions. There is no local artist available during this time, but you may use any studio supplies you need.
  • Follow us on Facebook for sneak peaks of future art, chances to win free passes, and member-only events.
  • We want to respect your privacy. During the session, we reserve the right to take photos to be used for promotional materials and post to social media sites. If you do not want your picture taken for these purposes, you must EMAIL US and also remind us again when you arrive for your session.
  • Bring your camera! You’ll want to record the memories as they happen. We encourage you to share the photos on your social media networks.
  • By registering for this event, your name will automatically be added to our MailChimp email database. If you do not wish to sign up for such discounts and member-only events, then please do not complete the MailChimp notification process and your name will not be added.
  • Minimum attendance is necessary for each paint event. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event that does not meet this minimum.
  • If we need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you will be notified by email.
  • Walk-ins are welcome if space allows. We can not guarantee you a seat unless you reserve ahead of time.
  • Family paint sessions are recommended for ages 7 and up. Parents must accompany their children at all times during family events.
  • FUNdraisers are held throughout the month for various charitable causes and community groups. Many of these sessions are open to the public, and a portion of each seat sold during these events is donated back to that organization.
