In-Studio Paint It Forward FUNdraisers

You do NOT need to be affiliated with the sponsoring organization in order to attend.
These FUNdraising events will only be successful if everyone comes out in support.

Just what is a . . .

Paint It Forward FUNdraiser?

 

  • A Paint It Forward FUNdraiser Paint Party is our way of giving back to the community. The Uncorked Artist strongly believes in supporting our local community. We think that creating beautiful works of art while raising money for a great cause is an amazing combination!
  • Our FUNdraisers typically cost $40 to attend (but you can price your FUNdraiser higher and keep the extra money)
  • Our FUNdraisers are typically open for All-Ages to attend. The more seats filled, the greater the donation.
  • Our FUNdraisers typically run about 2-1/2 – 3 hours long.
  • Visit our Gallery and select any painting Tier 3, Tier 2 or Tier 1 as your featured painting.
  • If you’re interested in hosting a FUNdraiser at The Uncorked Artist for your favorite charity / organization, a $160 deposit is required. You can apply this $160 to seats at your event, or it will be fully refunded the day of your event. Just fill out the form below to get started.
  • If you would like to host a PRIVATE FUNdraiser, not open to the public, you have the option of doing so. Or, if you prefer your event be for adults only, you can request that as well. But we do not recommend this, as it potentially decreases your ability to raise funds.
  • Unfortunately, if less than 10 PAID guests are registered by 24 hours prior to the event start time, we will have to cancel the event. In this case, we will send out a cancellation email to all those registered, and will refund anyone who prepaid online. If we cancel at the last minute like this, unfortunately your deposit would be forfeit.
  • As long as 10+ guests attend, you will receive $10 from each registration.
  • We expect the YOU (the sponsoring organization) to supply wine, soft drinks and light snacks for all painters. We ask this to help attract attendance. We find more people will attend if snacks and drinks are provided.
  • Because this is YOUR FUNdraiser, we expect that YOU will publicize the event, encouraging friends & family to attend.
  • We will also do our best to advertise your FUNdraiser.
  • We also donate 5 of our instructor paintings to be raffled off during your event. 100% of this money goes directly to your organization.
  • Studio Paint It Forward FUNdraisers can be held Sunday thru Thursday only.
  • We are committed to hosting as many fundraisers as possible, but these spots FILL UP QUICKLY (sometimes we’re booked a full year out!). Please plan your FUNdraiser months ahead of time. The longer a FUNdraiser is on our calendar, the more likely it will be a success.

IMPORTANT—FUNdraiser dates are awarded on a first-come first-served basis, totally at our discretion.
We will only host 1 FUNdraiser, per organization, per year.

Because our FUNdraisers are so popular, requests can not always be honored.
