What happens if I need to cancel my reservation for a scheduled event?

We understand that things come up and you may need to reschedule. We can reschedule your session if you give us 48 hour notice so that we have the opportunity to fill your spot. If you contact us less than 48 hours from the beginning of your event, there are no refunds.

What if I need to cancel a Private Party?

Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the event in order to refund your deposit. Cancellations can be made via email at cancel@theuncorkedartist.com or by calling 267-714-8545.

Will we be notified if an event I signed-up for is canceled?

Yes! We require a minimum of 6 painters per event. If the minimum is not met, registrants will be notified 24 hours in advance to reschedule (this rarely happens.) The Uncorked Artist also reserves the right to cancel sessions due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. Email notification will be sent at least 4 hours prior to session start and participants will have the option to reschedule. You will receive a 100% refund for events canceled by The Uncorked Artist.
